
- Requests must be submitted in writing, on event/organization letterhead at least 120 days in advance.
#REQUEST.App.dealer_name# will only consider contributions to not-for-profit organizations that directly benefit the community we serve.- 501(C)3 organizations will be given priority.
#REQUEST.App.dealer_name# does not make financial contributions, donations of food items or other items that benefit only one family or individual. We also do not make contributions to individual trusts or family trusts.- Contributions and/or sponsorships are not automatically renewed. Each submission is evaluated on a first time basis.
#REQUEST.App.dealer_name# must be exclusive automotive sponsor.

Please include the following information:
- Name of event/organization requesting the contribution,
- Contact person's name, address, phone number and email address,
- Date, description and location of event,
- Estimated attendance and demographics of event attendees,
- History of event, including attendance and contributions from previous year,
- Opportunities for
#REQUEST.App.dealer_name# , ie: vehicle display, inserts in gift bags, dealership name listed in promotional materials, etc., - Proof of 501(C)3 registration,
- Description of how the funds will be utilized and what percentage will go towards both administration expenses or event costs.
